Getting Healthy Tresses this Spring 2015

Hey guys welcome to my blog, in this quick post I will share some of the best ways to getting your hair in  top Health after months of harsh winter weather that did nothing good for our hair!

1. Taking care of your  tresses requires frequent trims 6-8 weeks and conditioning ends every other day to prevent dry out and split ends .

2.Break bad habits of stress, smoking and bad food choices all of these bad habits can make your hair dull and lifeless and prone to breakage.

3.Use a natural fibre bristle brush, it is softer and more flexible, which means less damage to your hair. 

4.If you suffer from dreaded FRIZZ! after conditioning rinse your hair with cold or cool water this helps seal the cuticle on the hair shaft, making it harder for moisture to enter the hair follicle, which can cause frizz.

5. If you feel that you are using great hair products and go for regular trims and still your hair condition is quite poor, try some Hair skin and nails supplements ie Viviscal is a well known trusted brand that I have seen fantastic results from, Or taking a multivitamin sometimes we can be lacking in vital nutrients which are taking from your hair.

6.Try this last tip for a week or two and you will see dramatic improvements, DO NOT use the GHD or Curling iron, its always good to use heat only in moderation not daily as it totally dehydrates the hair and then causes breakage.
